• Hexagonal brake caliper bolts made of stainless steel: direct replacement for original bolts
• The model-specific design from EP corresponds to the original bolts in terms of length, thread and thread pitch, thus ensuring a secure fit.
• Austenitic 316 stainless steel (marine grade) for exceptional corrosion resistance
• Pre-drilled hexagonal head for use with lockwire
• 12 mm hex head
• Flange bolt head provides a secure seating surface
• The Evotech brake caliper bolt set contains all the bolts required to directly replace the original parts
• Independently tested in accordance with ISO 3506 by a UKAS ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratory
Is the ‘Race-Type’ bolt set suitable for my road bike?
Yes, it is. Provided you have ordered the correct set for your bike, the key specifications (thread pitch, length, etc.) are the same as the Evotech Road equivalents. The difference is that the ‘head’ is a 12 mm hexagon and has pre-drilled holes for the use of locking wire, which is mandatory in most racing classes worldwide. However, if you want the ultimate racing motorbike or live for track days, then the Evotech brake caliper bolt set (Race) is an ideal addition and safety aid. More importantly, Evotech caliper bolt sets are CNC-machined and have precise, repeatable tolerances to ensure consistent caliper mounting alignment and braking performance.
Note: Before installation, it is essential to carefully compare the Evotech screw with the original part to ensure that it is an equivalent replacement, including length, screw pitch and thread. Incorrectly installed screws can impair braking performance and thus the safety of the rider. Evotech brake caliper bolts are listed as replacements for the manufacturer's original equipment installed in the year of manufacture of the respective motorcycle model.
Occasionally, there may be deviations, updates and changes in delivery.
Note: Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for model-specific torque settings. It is recommended that regular inspections are carried out to ensure that all bolts are tightened to the correct torque.

We recommend that you always consult a specialist workshop when installing our products or have this work carried out by a specialist. If you fit it yourself, please make sure that your motorbike is secure and that the product is only intended for your motorbike. The models for which the product is tested and intended can be found with each item.
To avoid damage to your motorbike during installation, we recommend covering all important/sensitive parts.
Please understand that we cannot accept any liability for consequential damage caused by improper installation.
When fitting, use threadlocker if possible and observe the torque specifications.
There is no ABE/parts certificate for Evotech Performance accessories. If you have any doubts, you should refrain from buying them. In some cases, bolts for fastening must be replaced with the original bolts. Legally, this could be a problem. We wanted to point this out.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
As a matter of principle (for ecological reasons), we do not print out installation instructions or enclose them with the delivery.
Because of 1 x assembly! We recommend (as we do the first time) to take the tablet or laptop with you to the workshop.
