General safety instructions for the product:
We recommend that you always consult a specialist workshop when installing our products or have this work carried out by a specialist. If you fit it yourself, please make sure that your motorbike is secure and that the product is only intended for your motorbike. The models for which the product is tested and intended can be found with each item.
To avoid damage to your motorbike during installation, we recommend covering all important/sensitive parts.
Please understand that we cannot accept any liability for consequential damage caused by improper installation.
When fitting, use threadlocker if possible and observe the torque specifications.
There is no ABE/parts certificate for Evotech Performance accessories. If you have any doubts, you should refrain from buying them. In some cases, bolts for fastening must be replaced with the original bolts. Legally, this could be a problem. We wanted to point this out.
General torque specifications can be found HERE
Note - Before fitting, a careful comparison of the Evotech bolt with the original part is required to ensure an equivalent replacement, including length, bolt pitch and thread. Incorrectly fitted bolts can impair the braking effect and thus the safety of the rider. Evotech brake calliper bolts are listed as replacements for the manufacturer's original parts that were fitted in the respective year of the motorbike model. Occasionally there are anomalies, updates and delivery changes.
Note: Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for model-specific torque settings. It is recommended that regular checks are carried out to ensure that all bolts are tightened to the correct torque.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
As a matter of principle (for ecological reasons), we do not print out installation instructions or enclose them with the delivery.
Because of 1 x assembly! We recommend (as we do the first time) to take the tablet or laptop with you to the workshop.
